Steamboat Springs, Colorado

Spending 10 days in Colorado is MORE than enough to make one wish to stay, for good. My reason for being there was baseball – go figure – and watching my dad coach/brother win on a national platform made it that much sweeter.

The Dallas Patriots went 8-0 straight through the Triple Crown tournament. My mom, sister and I cheered through never-ending innings in mile-high altitude. The entire week of competition flashed before our eyes when we saw the guys gather in the middle of the field to celebrate the championship…

Reppin' it

12-0 Win

To merely say we enjoyed our time in Colorado would be miserably understated. It’s such a soulful, free-spirited place. Tucked between the mountains, a hidden gem on the map, almost nearing the border of Wyoming, a piece of my heart remains. Here’s a few from our trip:

Walking around town... Do I look like a local?

I remember standing here with Romans 1:20 replaying in my mind: "For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse."

Team time... Giving thanks for all the talent and the win
